Marvel Studios have released a new German trailer and two universal stills for Joss Whedon’s The Avengers this week, showing some new footage for the superhero comic book adaptation.
When an unexpected enemy threatens global safety, Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson), Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as SHIELD, finds himself in need of a team.
Continuing on from the big-screen adventures that began with Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor and Captain America: The First Avenger, The Avengers unites this superhero team, starring Chris Evans as Captain America, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Mark Ruffalo as The Incredible Hulk, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Scarlett Johansson as The Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and Stellan Skarsgård as Professor Erik Selvig.
The new German trailer shows us some new, unseen footage, and whilst it’s dubbed in German, it’s still worth a watch.
