Watch The New Trailer for Season 4 of ‘Being Human’

(Written for BritScene)

The first trailer for Season 4 of the British supernatural drama, Being Human, has been released this week. With the release of Michael Socha’s prequel and the first video of newbie Hal over the past month, we finally get to see the characters join together in what appears to be a very fearful new beginning for the cast.

Created by Toby Whithouse, the series, which first aired in the UK in 2008, follows a group of supernatural beings who share a house together in South Wales – Hal the vampire (Damien Molony), Annie the ghost (Lenora Crichlow) and werewolves Tom (Michael Socha) and George (Russell Tovey).

Season 4 will pick up with original cast members Russell Tovey and Lenora Crichlow after the death of Aidan Turner’s character at the end of season three. With the announcement of Sinead Keenan quitting the show and the announcement that Tovey will also be leaving during this latest season, Michael Socha will now be taking more of a lead role to reshape the werewolf-vampire-ghost trio, so it will be interesting to see how all of this works.

The new trailer also gives us a glimpse of British actor Mark Williams‘ (Harry Potter) appearance in the series, which will be a brilliant addition to the already comical and exciting cast, with Craig Roberts (Submarine) also set to reprise his role of the eternally teenaged vampire Adam.

Being Human will premier in the US on 25th February at 9:00pm ET/PT as part of Supernatural Saturday on BBC America. Here’s the new trailer:
