New Behind The Scenes Pics From Terrence Malick’s ‘Knight Of Cups’

This week we have the first set images for Terrence Malick’s follow up to his highly acclaimed Tree Of Life, with his latest film Knight Of Cups.

Currently still being filmed, the new photos reveal a new addition to the cast with lead actor Christian Bale getting close to a punked-up Imogen Poots (Jane Eyre), and also give a brief glimpse of Malick himself.

Plot details for the film are basically non-existent, but what we do know is that Bale, “A man who is in search of love and truth”, stars alongside Natalie Portman, Cate Blanchett and possibly Isabel Lucas.

With Malick’s latest film To The Wonder, a romantic drama fronted by Ben Affleck which also stars Rachel McAdams, Jessica Chastain and Rachel Weisz, still to be released sometime this year, Malick also plans to shoot another film this year, with the currently untitled film (previously titled Lawless before John Hillcoat’s upcoming western drama took the name), which is set to star Ryan Gosling and Rooney Mara.
