TV Review: Night Stalker: The Hunt For a Serial Killer (Netflix) – Documentary

Night Stalker: The Hunt For a Serial Killer aired on Netflix in February 2021 and follows the two detectives efforts to catch the relentlessly evil serial killer named The Night Stalke in 1985 LA.

Rating:

Richard Ramirez was undoubtedly one of the most gruesome and evil serial killers we have known, and this documentary does not shy away from his brutal acts of violence.

So Night Stalker: The Hunt For a Serial Killer is obviously a great documentary for true-crime fans. Featuring first-person interviews, archival footage, newly-shot reenactments and original photography related to the case, it’s an incredibly informative series that highlights the hard work of the two detectives involved.

This obviously isn’t a series for the faint-hearted as it is quite graphic, but it does a brilliant job of highlighting what a monster Ramirez was with its chilling insight.
