Film Review: Glass

Written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan, Glass follows on from 2017’s Split as Kevin Wendell Crumb (James McAvoy) and the multiple identities who reside within him have taken more girls hostage. Using his supernatural abilities, 2000’s Unbreakable David Dunn (Bruce Willis) is trying to track him down. When both are arrested and sent to a psychiatric hospital run by Dr Ellie Staple (Sarah Paulson), they meet the wheelchair-bound Mr Glass (Samuel L. Jackson) who holds secrets critical to both men.

DVD Review: Looper

Rating:

Taking place in the year 2044, Looper, written and directed by Rian Johnson, follows Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), a killer working for the mob who soon realises that one of his targets is an older version of himself (Bruce Willis). Transported back with the intention to close the loop, Joe must decide whether he should stick to doing his job, ultimately putting an end to his life, or to help his future-self save the future from a mysterious crime boss known as the Rainmaker.

Willis Vs. Levitt: Looper’s New International Poster

Another new poster for Rian Johnson‘s upcoming sci-fi, Looper, has been released this week, showing the film’s lead stars with some big guns.

Taking place in the year 2042, the film follows a killer working for the mob (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) who soon realises that one of his targets is an older version of himself (Bruce Willis), who has transported back with the intention to close the loop.

Film Review: Moonrise Kingdom

Directed by Wes Anderson, Moonrise Kingdom follows a pair of young lovers – Sam (Jared Gilman) and Suzy (Kara Hayward) – in the summer of 1965 who fall in love, make a secret pact, and run away together into the wilderness, causing a local search party to fan out and find them. As the peaceful island community is turned upside down, the local sheriff (Bruce Willis), a Khaki Scout troop leader (Edward Norton), and the girl’s parents (Bill Murray and Frances McDormand) must work together to find them.

Brilliant New Poster for ‘Looper’ Featuring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis

It’s a shame that we haven’t seen much from the production of this film as of yet, but I’m glad to announce that we now have the first poster for Rian Johnson‘s upcoming science-fiction thriller, Looper. And it’s brilliant!

Taking place in the future, Looper follows a killer (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) who works for the mob, who soon realises that one of his targets is an older version of himself (Bruce Willis).

Written and directed by Johnson, the film reunites the director with lead star with Gordon-Levitt after they first worked together on the mystery thriller Brick back in 2005.
