New Clip Revealed for ‘House at the End of the Street’ After Viral Campaign

Revealed at Comic-Con earlier this week, Mark Tonderai‘s upcoming thriller, House at the End of the Street, has a new clip, and it’s sure to make you jump!

Directed by Tonderai and written by Jonathan Mostow, the film is a twist on the familiar horror story of a family – Elisabeth Shue (CSI: Crime Scene Investigation) and Jennifer Lawrence (The Hunger Games) – who move into a house and things start to go badly wrong. In this case, it turns out that he house next door was the scene of a brutal murder, where a young girl murdered her parents, where the only survivor still resides.

New Trailer for ‘Oz The Great and Powerful’, Comic-Con Say It Looks Outstanding

The first trailer for Sam Raimi’s Oz: The Great and Powerful has been released this week, as The Disney panel at Comic-Con presented an exclusive promo reel for the film at this year’s convention.

Discovering the origins of L. Frank Baum‘s classic children’s novel, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, the film is a prequel to his work, looking at how the Wizard arrived in Oz and became the ruler.

Comic-Con Documentary Gets New Trailer and Poster

The first trailer and poster for a documentary on Comic-Con have been released this week, opening up a world that not many of us, especially here in the UK, get to experience.

Comic-Con Episode IV: A Fan’s Hope is directed by Morgan Spurlock with executive producers Stan Lee and Joss Whedon.

Filmed at San Diego Comic-Con 2010, the documentary follows the lives of five attendees and explores this amazing cultural phenomenon which, starting out as a convention for a mere 500 comic book fans, is now attended by over 140,000 wizards, vampires and wookies alike.

‘Attack The Block’ Sequel, TV Spin-Off and an American Remake

Writer and director Joe Cornish (The Adventures of Tintin) has confirmed this week that several options for his British science-fiction/action film, Attack The Block, are now on the table, including a sequel, a television series and an American remake.

Attack The Block was released in the UK in May 2011 and was Cornish’s directorial debut. The film stars Nick Frost (The Adventures of Tintin), Jodie Whittaker (One Day), Luke Treadaway (Killing Bono), and many new faces including John Boyega, Alex Esmail, Leeon Jones, Paige Meade, and Simon Howard. The film centered on a street gang living on council estate in South London who were faced with having to defend themselves from an alien invasion.
