Film Review: The Theory of Everything

Directed by James Marsh, The Theory of Everything takes a look at the relationship between the famous physicist Stephen Hawking (Eddie Redmayne) and his wife, Jane (Felicity Jones), and is in turn based on Jane’s memoir, Travelling to Infinity: My Life with Stephen.

Once a healthy, active young man, Hawking received an earth-shattering diagnosis at 21 years of age. With Jane fighting tirelessly by his side, Stephen embarks on his most ambitious scientific work, studying the very thing he now has precious little of – time.

Carey Mulligan In Talks to Star in ‘Nancy and Danny’, A Black Comedy From The Director Of ‘Man On Wire’

Shame and Drive star Carey Mulligan is negotiations this month to star in black comedy thriller Nancy and Danny, which is currently being developed by Indian Paintbrush.

Set in a small town, the project centres on a money-hungry woman (Mulligan) whose big-city dreams failed. In order to land a high school crush, she uses a hapless man as a pawn in a get-rich-quick scheme that quickly goes wrong.

British Thriller ‘Shadow Dancer’ Starring Clive Owen Gets A US Release

ATO Pictures has acquired the North American distribution rights to Shadow Dancer, a tense British thriller starring British actors Andrea Riseborough (W.E.) and Clive Owen (Intruders), which has been highly praised among the foreign films at Sundance Film festival when it premiered there earlier this week.
