Directed by Kenneth Branagh and based on Agatha Christie‘s train-set 1934 whodunnit, Murder On The Orient Express centres on the Belgian detective Hercule Poirot (Kenneth Branagh). When a passenger is murdered in his compartment aboard the Simplon-Istanbul Express, Poirot has to work out who did the dirty deed on the snow drift-stalled train.

DVD Review: To Rome With Love

Woody Allen‘s latest, To Rome With Love is told in four separate vignettes and tells the stories of a clerk (Roberto Benigni) who wakes up to find himself a celebrity, an architect (Alec Baldwin) who takes a trip back to the street he lived on as a student and the couple he meets (Ellen Page and Jesse Eisenberg), a young couple (Alessandro Tiberi and Alessandra Mastronardi) on their honeymoon that is interrupted by an escort (Penélope Cruz), and a funeral director (Fabio Armiliato) who has a talent for singing in the shower.

Film Review: Pirates of the Caribbean 4 – On Stranger Tides

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, directed by Rob Marshall, is the fourth installment to Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) returns for another adventure, this time to find the Fountain of Youth. But he isn’t the only one. During his first, inevitable mission of having to find a ship, Jack bumps into a woman from his past, Angelica Malon (Penélope Cruz), who is trying to find the fountain for herself. Angelica forces Jack aboard the Queen Anne’s Revenge, Captained by her father, the fearsome Blackbeard (Ian McShane) where he is forced to cooperate, finding himself on an unexpected quest. Overseas, Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) is setting off with a different plan in mind.
